The Birth Of Venus Long Wood Beam Glass Top Coffee Table captures a harmonious, tranquil feel. Built by hand in our UK workshop using reclaimed materials. Each of the substantial beams have been carefully prepared, to retain the inherent character of the wood. This produces a sturdy base, shaped with finesse. Sat on 4 hand painted Queen Anne legs, the black ebony stained base has then been brought to life with the artwork of the enchanting, renaissance painting of Sandro Botticelli’s, “Birth Of Venus” which has been etched on to the wood beam’s top surface to give off an overview perspective. To finish, the piece is then dressed with an array of high end materials which includes a radius glass top to give immense visual contrast to its overall appearance. The UV art-worked areas have been fully protected in a hard glaze lacquer to give maximum durability to their surface. Radius Cornered Glass Top Included.

It depicts the goddess Venus emerging from the sea on a shell, being blown ashore by the wind gods Zephyrus and Aura, and a Hora of spring ready to clothe her.
